RBSOLUTION NO. 229
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE PLANNIrlG COMMISSION OF TIlE
CITY OF'SEAL BEACII DFJlYING VARIANCE NO. V-12-68
FOR A 3' 3" SIDE YARD IN I.IEU OF Till': REQUIRED
6' 3" SIDE YARD. (TURCON)
WHEREAS, in the m~tter of Variance No. V-12-68, the P1annin8 Commission of the
City of Seal Beach dues report as follows:
1. Subject request initiated by Turcon Investments, Inc., 1567 W. 14th St., Long
Beach, California.
2. Subject property is lncated as 139 6th Street and ler-ally described liS I.ots
39 and 41 and th!'! northerly 1/2 of Lot 37, Block 5, Bay City Tract.
3. Subject rR'Iuest is for a 3'3" side yard setback in lieu of the required 6'3"
setback.
WIIEREAS, the Planning Commbsion findings are as follows:
