A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-13-68
TO CONSTRUCT A TRIPLEX APARTMENT BUILDING IN
THE R-3 - MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL ZONE (BERREMAN)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review PR-13-68, the PlanninA Commission of the
City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject request initiated by Richard Berreman, 1435 Catalina, Seal Beach.
2. Located at 225 Seventh St., Seal Beach, subject property is legally described
as Lot 25, Block 106, Bay City Tract.
3. Subject request i8 for construction of a triplex apartment building in the
R-3 - Multiple Residential zone.
WHEREAS, the PlanninA Commission findinAs are as follows:
1. Subject request conforms to the General Plan.
2. This structure conforms to all provisions of the zoninA code.
3. The entries for the upstairs units while on the interior side yard are sptback
over five feet from the side property line, thus providing sufficient room for
movement of furniture.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-13-68 as submitted.
