PR - 9-68 FOR ALTERATION OF AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE FOR AN ATTORNEY~S O'FFICE. (BENTSON - HOOD)" WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-9-68 the Planning Commission of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject request initiated by James Hood, 117 No. Ssn Pedro Road, San Raefel, California, and his authorized agent, James Bentson, 131 Main St., Seal Beach. 2. Subject property is legally described as Lot 6, Block 207, Stanton and Lothian's First Addition. 3. Applicant reouests plan review for alteration of a single family residence for an attorney's office. IfHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The existing garage shall be removed to provide sufficient room for parking. o 2. Five (5) 90 stalls shall be provided off the alley for easy access. . 3. The porch in front may be moved and centered between the two wings. 4. Landscape plan indicating the type, size and location of all plantings shall be subject to approval by the City Engineer. 5. Shutters shall be placed on all windows to improve their appearance and to produce an effect that the windows will be centered on the walls. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review No. PR-9-68.
