RESOLUTION NO. 262 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-20-68 TO REMODEL AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION AT THE NORTHWESTERLY COR- NER OF LOS ALAHITOS AND ST. CLOUD. (STANDARD OIL CO.) WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-20-68, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Standard Oil Company of California, 1540 Santa Fe, Long Beach. 2. Subject property is located at the northwesterly corner of Los Alamitos Blvd. and St. Cloud Dr., Seal Beach. Legal description is on file. 3. Subject proposal is to remodel an existing service station. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Plans basically conform to the City's development standards. 2. Portable signs should be removed or permanently mounted on poles as required. 3. For improved appearance, tire racks should be relocated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach, does hereby approve Plan Review PR-20-68 with the conditions that the portable signs be permanently mounted on poles and that the tire racks be re- located towards the interior corner of the site for better appearance.
