PR-2l-68, A SINGLE RESIDENCE IN A R-3 ZONE. (CHISWELL) WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-2l-68, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Wallace Chiswell, 1620 W. Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach. 2. Subject property is described as Lot 35, Block 13, Bay City Tract. Street address is 135 14th St. 3. Plans are for construction of a single family residence in a R-3 Zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The plans for the house are acceptable as submitted. 2. Code requires two off-street parking spaces be provided for a single family dwelling. 3. Owner plans additional building on the lot in the future. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-2l-68 with the condition that a two-car garage be constructed at the rear of the property simultaneously with the house.
