PR-26-68, REMODELING OF THE BANK OF AMERICA. WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-26-68, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject caae was initiated by Continental Service Company, 1335 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, California. 2. Subject property is described as Lots 2, 4 & 6, Block 109, Bay City Tract. Street address is 208 Main Street. 3. Plans are for remodeling of the existing Bank of America building. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Plans have no appreciable changes from those informally presented with the variance for a pole identification sign granted previously. 2. The plans are acceptable as submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-26-68 as submitted.
