V-27-68 FOR A FIVE FOOT ENCROACHMENT OF THE SECOND STORY INTO THE REAR YARD SETBACK. (MORTON) WHEREAS, in the matter .of Variance No. V-27-68, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject request initiated by Mr. and Mrs. Warren Morton, 112 B 14th St., Seal Beach. 2. Subject property is legally described as Lots 51 and 53, Block 12, Bay City Tract and located at 151 and 153 13th St., Seal Beach. 3. Subject request is for a five foot encroachment of the second floor into the required rear yard setback. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Granting the variance would not be detrimental to the neighborhood. 2. Similar variances have been permitted in the past fpr second story encroach- ments. 3. No written complaints were received. 4. This request will not adversely affect the General Plan. .NpW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Bbach does hereby approve Variance No. V-27-68.
