HENRY ESPOY, 1629 SEAL WAY, SEAL BEACH, CALIFORNIA. WHEREAS, in the matter of a lot split for Mr. Henry M. Espoy on Lots 44, 46, and 48, Block II, Bay City Tract the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject request initiated by Henry M. Espoy, 1629 Seal Way, Seal Beach. 2. Subject property is legally described as Lots 44, 46 and 48, Block II, Bay City Tract and located at 144 11th St., Seal Beach. 3. Subject request is for a lot split of three twenty-five foot wide parcels into two lots, twenty-eight feet and forty-seven feet wide respectively. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Applicant has previously attempted to develop these lots as one. Such attempts were not fruitful. 2. Applicant requests the corner lot to be twenty-eight feet wide in order to provide for a garage entering the side street and for the proper setbacks alonR the exterior and interior sideyards. This will not adversely affect the General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Besch does hereby approve a lot split for Mr. Henry M. Espoy on Lots 44, 46, and 48, Block II, Bay City Tract.into two parcels, twenty-eight and forty- seven feet wide respectively. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of February, 1969.
