RESOLUTION NO. 302
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN
REVIEW NO. PR-6-69 (SEXTON)
WHEREAS, in tbe matter of Plan Review No. PR-6-69, the Planning Commission of the
City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject request was initiated by June W. Sexton, 131 14th St., Seal Beach.
Her authorized representative was Jim Nowell, Stanco Builders, Inc., 10666
Westminster Ave., Garden Grove.
2. Subject property is described as Lot 31, Block 13, Bay City Tract. Tbe street
address is 131 14th St., Seal Beach.
3. Subject request is for approval of plans for construction of an additional
unit in the R-3 Multiple Residential Zone.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Subject request conforms to the General Plan.
2. The plans meet all minimum requirements of the code.
3. One area of the proposed construction could be converted into an additional
unit with no provision for off-street parking.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review No. PR-6-69 with the condition that the
stairway be revised into an open type of stairs to prevent conversion to another
unit. In addition, the Building Department is directed to proceed with granting
of the building permit whether or not the permit is actually issued prior to
March I, 1969.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of February, 1969.
