RESOLUTION NO. 322 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THR CITY OF SEAL BEACH STATING ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACTION ON APPLICATION BY SHELL OIL CO. V-18-69 WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-18-69, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Applicant submitted detailed plans for landscaping as required by Planning Commission Resolution No. 317. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Secretary reported he had inspected site with applicant and felt landscaping was satisfactory on the limited area. 2. Portable signs, general clutter remain on site. Operator has not shown any attempt to conform to requirements of Development and Operation Standards. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that action of this application be continued to the next regular meeting and that notice be given to the station operator and the oil company that trash bin enclosure and interior lot screening will be required along with other conditions previously required. .
