RESOLUTION NO. 336 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-18-69 FOR A COMMERCIAL PARKING LOT IN A C-1 ZONE. (DUNN) WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review PR-18-69, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1, Subject application was initiated by James W. Dunn, Jr. et a1, 1501 Seal Way. 2. Subject property is described as Lots 5, 6 & 7, Block D, Tract No.1. Street address is 1417-21 Seal Way. 3. Subject proposal is to operate a parking lot for cars on a monthly basis for permanent tenants and owners in the area. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are, as follows: 1. Property is Zoned C-l and this is an allowable use. 2. Fencing and parking'bumpers to be installed. Traffic flow pattern to be approved by the Traffic Engineer. 3. Applicant to maintain nine foot setback from the alley for turning radius. Five foot of this setback to be dedicated to the City for widening purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Connnission of the City of Seal Beach does approve Plan Review PR-18-69 subject to the conditions in Findings 2 and 3 above.
