A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING A TENNIS CENTER MANAGEMENT
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FIRST SERVE TENNIS, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves a Tennis Center
Management Services Agreement between the City of Seal
Beach and First Serve Tennis, Inc. regarding the Seal Beach
Tennis Center.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby directs the City Manager to execute the
Tennis Center Management Services Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of Seal Beach, at a
meeting hereof held on the 10th day of November , 2008 by the following vote:
