CONSTRUCTION OF SIX UNITS ON A FIFTY FOOT LOT IN THE R-3, MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL ZONE. (BAALKE) IJIIEFEAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-37-69 the Plannin~ Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Henry Baalke, ]59 13th Street, Seal Beach. 2. Subject proper tv is described as I.ots 121 and 123, Block 11, Bay City Tract. 3. Subject proposal is for the approval of a six unit apartment buildin~ with a front curb cut and the first floor used for the parkinr of nine cars. IJHEREAS, the Plannin~ Commission findin~s are as follows: . 1. Applicant can meet the parking requirement for six units by havin~ drive through parking on the first level. 2. That three 8 x 8 posts be removed to improve in~ress and e~ress of vehicles. 3. That a solid wall be constructed from grade to the second story on the northerly side of the huilding and storage cabinets be built above the parking stalls. 4. That the stairways be reversed to exit toward the street and alley for fire safety. 5. That the balcony on the second story have a one-hour fire ratin~. NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RF.SOLVED that the Plannin~ Commission of the City of Seal B<'"ch does hereby approve Plan Review PR-37-69 with the condition that findin~ numher 2 thru 4 be incorporated into the building plans.
