RESOLUTION NO. 505
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CO~lMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW
PR-56-70 FOR THE MODIFICATION OF PLANS FOR A
SEVEN UNIT APRTMENT DEVELOPMENT.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-56-70, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1.
Subject case was initiated by Bill Gearhart, P.O. Box 1632, Huntington Beach,
the authorized agent for Cuthbert Jackson, 4213 Gundry, Long Beach.
2.
Subject property is described as Lot 9, Tract 1084.

Subject previously received Use Variance approval for the construction of
a seven unit development. As a condition of approval, the applicant was
required to submit a revised building elevation and modified parking
layout.
3.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findinRs are as follows:
1. The height of the building was reduced to 35 feet.
2. A column at the southwest end of the building has been deleted from the plans,
thus increasing the sidth of the usable driveway and improving exiting from
the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-56-70 as presented.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of December,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, December 2, 1970, and carried by the following vote:
