(KNISLEY) WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application PR-55-70, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject request was initiated by D. C. Kessinger, 422 Almond Avenue, Long Beach, the authorized agent for J. F. Knisley, 1020 MarVista Ave., Seal Beach. 2.
