RESOLUTION NO. 504
A RESOLUTION OF TIm PlANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIE\~
PR-55-70 TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF LIVING
QUARTERS OVER A SIDE ENTRY GARAGE. (KNISLEY)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application PR-55-70, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject request was initiated by D. C. Kessinger, 422 Almond Avenue,
Long Beach, the authorized agent for J. F. Knisley, 1020 MarVista Ave.,
Seal Beach.
2. Subject property is described as Lot 253, Tract 1817, and is more commonly
known as 1020 MarVista Ave., Seal Beach.

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. The addition is architecturally compatible with the design of the residence.

NO\~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-55-70.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 1970.
