RESOLUTION NO. 503 A RESOLUTION OF TIlE PLANNING CO~IISSION OF TilE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-54-70 TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF LIVING QUARTERS OVER A SIDE ENTRY GARAGE. (ELBERTSE) WIlEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-54-70, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Frank Lopez, 745 N. Anaheim Blvd., Anaheim, the authorized agent for John Elbertse, 4681 Hazelnut Ave., Seal Beach. 2. Subject property is described as Lot 57, Tract 6016, and is more commonly known as 4681 Haxelnut Ave., Seal Beach. 3. Subject request is to permit construction of a family room above an existing side entry garage. ~IEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The addition is compatible with the architectural design of the residence. 2. All minimum zoning ordinance provisions are met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-54-70 as presented.
