Mr. Knapp felt the plans were st111 unsatisfactory and plans did not prov1de suff1c1ent detail. Miss Dorr moved to deny V-16-70 as presented because of insufficient park1ng. Seconded by Mr. Morr1s and passed unanimously. Resolution No. 485. 3. New Bus1ness A. Plan review - Un10n Federal Sav1ngs. PR-44-70 Plans were presented to install a 24" fascia s~gn on the circular roof at 12501 Seal Beach Blvd. The s1gn would be non-i11um1nated. After diqcussion, Mrs. Lanning moved to approve the plans as subm1tted with the suggestion that the low level small sign be removed. Seconded by M1ss Dorr and passed unanimously. Reso1ut10n No. 486. B. Plan Review - Zay Brand. PR-45-70 Mr. and Mrs. Brand presented plans for an addition to an existing residence at 855 MarV1sta. Liv1ng area add~tion 1tse1f meets all minimum code requirements. but enclosed patio shown on the plans would encroach ~nto the front yard and the height of the screen fence was over maX1mum. Mr. Brand requested that the front patio and fence be deleted from the request and that the Commiss~on act of the living area addition only. Mr. Knapp moved to approve the plans subject to the deletion of the patio and fence. Seconded by Mr. Morris and passed unanimously. Reso1ut10n No. 487. . 4. Other Business The Secretary d1sp1ayed plans for wall improvements at the Standard Service Stat10n located at Rossmoor Center for information only. Staff and Commission discussed points to be investigated in the serv1ce stat10n development standards. Staff directed to investigate possib11ity of estab1i~h~ng a parking distr1ct in the 200 block on Ma1n St. as t1me permits.
