RESOLUTION NO. 470 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW No. PR-35-70 ALLOWING ADDITION OF CARPORT AND CONVERSION OF THE EXISTING GARAGE INTO LIVING QUARTERS. W1ffiREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-35-70, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject request was initiated by Gordon Logan, 312 Harvard Lane, Authorized Agent Killeen Construction Company, 9351 Compton Avenue, Bellflower. 2. Subject property described as Lot 13, Tract 5723, street address is 312 Harvard Lane, Seal Beach. 3. Subject request is for approval of plans to add a carport and convert existing garage to living quarters. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Plans to be revised to conform to all setback requirements. 2. The following engineering conditions to be imposed with reference to relocation of the driveway aprons. A. Engineering Permit Required B. New driveway apron not to exceed 28' curb cut. C. All joints to be initially saw cut and to conform to Engineering Department standard 401 and Orange County Street and Highway Plan 209 (Case No.1) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve plans for Plan Review PR-35-70 as revised ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Sth day of August, 19 o I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on Wednesday, August S, 1970, and carried by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Commissioners: Knapp, Lanning, Morris Commissioners: Commissioners: Crowley ::-., Commission 3/;2- YI~cvr~
