A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-34-70
(HUTCHENS)
WlIEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-34-70, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject proposal was initiated by W. Hutchens, 915 Coastline Drive.
2. Subject property is described as Lot 382, Tract 1817.
3. Subject proposal is for an addition to an existing residence.
WlIEREAS, the Planning Commission reports as follows:
1. The plans are-acceptable as presented.
2. A Land Use Agreement should be filed "with the County Recorder stipulating
that this is a single family house and the addition cannot be used as a
second unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-34-70 subject to the condition as
stated in Finding No.2. above.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15th day of July, 1970. / - /"
