RESOLUTION NO. 461
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-32-70
(BEVERLY ENTERPRISES)
~IEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-32-70, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject proposal was initiated by Beverly Enterprises, 80 South Lake Ave.,
Pasadena, with Simpson & Gerber, La Jolla, as the authorized agents.
2. Subject property is described as Lot II, Tract 4242.
3. Subject proposal is for an additional dining room facility which would
eliminate 8 on-site parking spaces.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. A total of 182 parking spaces on-site and off-site would remain and would
meet minimum requirements.
2. Plans were acceptable as submitted.
3. The water line should be connected in a loop around the perimeter of the
new facility in the same manner as was required for the existing building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-32-70 subject to the condition as
stated in Finding.No. 3.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED on this 15th day of July, 1970.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, July 15, 1970, and carried by the following vote:
