RESOLUTION NO. 454 A RESOLUTION OF TIlE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TilE CITY OF SEAL BEACII APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-27-70 FOR THE REMOVAL OF A GARAGE AND THE ADDITION OF A BATHROOM AT A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. (STRATTON) WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-27-70, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case was initiated by Barton F. Stratton, 1527 E. Harmony Lane, Fullerton, Calif. 2. Subject property is described as Lot 40 and 5~ feet of Lot 42, Block 12, Bay City Tract, with the street address of 140 12th St. 3. Subject request is to remove a deteriorated garage and add a bathroom to an existing residence. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as ~ollows: 1. The garage is in a deteriorated condition ~d its removal would improve the neighborhood. 2. An existing carport on the property will remain. 3. The slab on which the garage existed will remain as an additional paved parking area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-27-70 subject to the condition that the rear of the property remain open for parking.
