A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TIlE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-26-70
FOR TIlE REMODELING OF AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION
AT TIlE NORTHlmSTERLY CORNER OF SEAL BEACH BOULEVARD
AND ST. CLOUD. (STANDARD OIL CO./MADISON INDUSTRIES)
WlIEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-26-70, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Standard Oil Co., 605 W. Olympic Blvd.,
Los Angeles; authorized agent Madison Industries, 1900 E. 64th St., Los
Angeles.
2. Subject property is located in the Rossmoor Center at 12541 Seal Beach Blvd.
3. Subject proposal is to remodel an existing service station by adding a
service bay and storage facilities.
I~EREAS, the Plmlning Commission findings arc as follows:
1. Resolution No. 311 had approved identical plans in March, 1969, but was
valid only for aperiod of one year. Since no action was initiated during
the year, another plan review was required.
2. The proposed remodeling is in conformance with the City's development
standards for service stations.
NOI~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-26-70 as submitted.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of June, 1970.
