A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH DENYING PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION
NO. PR-16-70 FOR AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING
RESIDENCE. (HORNBEAK)
mlEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-16-70, the Planning Commission of the
City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Grant Hornbeak, 468 Schooner Way.

permanent living quarters.

emphasized that there would be no building additions because of the relatively
small lot size.

in Bridgeport.

Beach does hereby deny Plan Review No. PR-16-70 for the reasons noted in Findings
No. 1 and 2.
