RESOLUTION NO. 413

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH REAFFIRMING DENIAL OF
VARIANCE NO. V-3-70 ENLARGEMENT OF AN EXISTING
APARTMENT UNIT WITH SUBSTANDARD PARKING. (BECKER)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal A-1-70, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does repor~ as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Millie Becker, 3330 Wolfe St., Lakewood,
Calif. Carl H. Irwin, 3631 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach, Calif. was
designated as her authorized agent.
2. Subject property is located at 1316 Ocean Avenue, Seal Beach, and is
described as Lot 7, Block G, Tract 1009.
3. Subject request is to enlarge a one-bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom
apartment. There are a totoal of four apartment units at this location
with three off-street parking spaces furnished. No additional parking
is proposed.
4.
Subject decision referred back to the Planning Commission for further
study by the City Council,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:

Findings
1. The findings of Resolution 326 denying Variance v-22-69 are still
app licab Ie.
2. No additional mitigating information was furnished by the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the
City of Seal Beach does hereby reaffirm denial of Variance No. V-3-70.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1st day of April 1970.
