RESOLUTION NO. 401
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-3-70
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MAINTENANCE BUILDING IN THE
LEISURE WORLD SERVICE YARD. (GOLDEN RAIN FOUNDATION)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review No. PR-3-70, the Planning Conunission of the
City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case was initiated by Golden Rain Foundation, 1661 Golden Rain Rd.,
Seal Beach.
2. Subject location is on Lot A, Tract 4401 and described as the Leisure World
Service Yard.
3. Subject request is to permit construction of a steel building for dirt storage
and dust control.
WHEREAS, the Planning Conunission findings are as follows:
1. Present open storage of dirt for landscaping, etc. creates a dust and air
pollution problem for the area.
2. Existing service yard is fenced and screened for aesthetics.'
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Conunission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-3-70 as presented.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of March, 1970.
