A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COI~SSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-30-71
PERMITTING TEMPORARY INSTALLATION OF A MOBILE
STRUCTURE AS A COMMERCIAL FACILITY AT PACIFIC
COAST HIGHWAY AND 14TH STREET.

of the CJ.ty of Seal Beach does report as follows

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planmng CommJ.ssJ.on of the CJ.ty of Seal
Beach does hereby approve VarJ.ance V-30-71 for a perJ.ad not to exceed one year
and waJ.vJ.ng the alley and block wall reqUl.rements but subject to the f'ollowJ.ng
condJ.tJ.ons

2. LandscapJ.ng plan subJect to approval of plannJ.ng staff.
3. EngJ.neerJ.ng condJ.tJ.ons as follows
