(BENNIS/HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS) WHEREAS, J.n the matter of VarJ.ance ApplJ.catJ.on No. V-30-71, the PlannJ.ng CamnJ.ssJ.on of the CJ.ty of Seal Beach does report as follows 1 SubJect case was J.nJ.tJ.ated by Home Federal SavJ.ngs & Loan AssocJ.atJ.on, authorJ.zed representatJ.ves of the property owner, NJ.na BennJ.s, 701 Broadway, San DJ.ego, CA 92101. 2. SubJect property J.S descrJ.bed as Lots 25, 27, 29, 31, 33 and 35, Block 213 of Tract No. 10, and J.S located at the soutnwesterly corner of PacJ.fJ.c Coast HJ.ghway and 14th Street. 3. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planmng CommJ.ssJ.on of the CJ.ty of Seal Beach does hereby approve VarJ.ance V-30-71 for a perJ.ad not to exceed one year and waJ.vJ.ng the alley and block wall reqUl.rements but subject to the f'ollowJ.ng condJ.tJ.ons 1 IdentJ.fJ.catJ.on sJ.go subJect to plan revJ.ew. 2. LandscapJ.ng plan subJect to approval of plannJ.ng staff. 3. EngJ.neerJ.ng condJ.tJ.ons as follows A. Ps,yment of all permJ. t fees. . B. Grading plan for entJ.re sJ.te shall be submJ.tted and approved by the CJ.ty EngJ.neer.
