THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH DENYING VARIANCE V-21-1l
REQUESTING ENCROACHMENT OF LIVING QUARTERS
INTO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK

reduces the average front yard setback to 15 5 feet The average front yard

or more.
