NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning COIDIII1Sl1ion ot the C1ty ot Seal Beach does hereby approve Var1ance V-17-71 subject the the cond1tions that landscaping be pronded to the sat1stact1on ot the City Eng1neer, and that the proposed eDg1neer1ng condit1ons (Exh1bit A) be met.
