RESOLUTION NO. 529
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-11-7l
TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A ROOM ADDITION
AT THE REAR OF A SINGLh FAMILY RESIDhNCE.

WHEREAS, 1n the matter of Plan Review Applicat10n No. PR-11-7l, the Planning
Commiss10n of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows.
1. Subject proposal was in1tiated by Delbert Wilcox, 9642 Colony St., Anaheim,
the authorized agent represent1ng Charles Ryan, 3840 F1r Circle, Seal Beach.
2. SubJect property is descr1bed as Lot 192, Tract 5961, and is more commonly
known as 3840 F1r Circle.
3. Subject proposes to conqtruct a 15' x 22' room add1tion onto the rear of
an exist1ng residence in the R-l Zone.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commiss10n findings are as followq
1. All m1nimum code requirements are met.
2. The proposed add1t10n is determ1ned to be arch1tecturally compatible with
the des1gn of the eX1st1ng residence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1nR Commission of the C1tv of Seal
Beach does hereby approv~ Plan Review PR-11-7l.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of Apnl,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolut10n was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Comm1SS10n of the C1tv of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, Apr1l 7, 1971, and carried by the follow1ng vote.
