A RESOLUTION OF TilE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
TIlE CITY OF ShAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN
REVIEW PR-10-71 TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A FMIILY ROOM AT THE RI:AR OF AN EXISTING
DWELLING. (WONG)
WHEREAS, 1n the matter of Plan ReV1ew No. PR-10-7l, the Plann1ng Commission of
the City of Seal Beach does report as follow~
1. SubJect case wa~ 1n1t1ated by Melv1n Wong, 100 Pr1nceton C1rcle, Seal Beach.
2. SubJect property 1S descr1bed as Lot 129, Tract 5847, and 1S commonly
known as 100 Princeton C1rcle.
3. Subject request is to permit the construct1on of a 16' x 30' family ro~
w1th walk-1n closet at the rear of an eX1st1ng res1dence.
WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Commission find1ngs are as follows
1. All minimum code requirement~ are met.
2. The add1t1on 1S architecturally compatible with the design of the residence.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Rev1ew PR-10-7l as presented.
ADOPTED AND APPROVI:D this 3rd day of March, 1<)71.

meeting of the Planning Comm1ss10n of the City of Seal Beach wh1ch was held on
