(IlERMSTAD) WllEREAS, in the mattpr of Plan ReV1ew App11cat1on No. PR-8-7l, the Plann1ng Comm1ssion of the C1ty of Seal Beach does report as follows 1. SubJect case was init1ated by Tom Hermstad, 1215 Catalina Avenue, Seal Beach. 2. Subject property is descr1bed as Lot 98, Tract 1817 and more commonly known as 1215 Cata11na Avenue. 3. SubJect request is to permit the construct1on of a 17' x 22' family room addition onto the rear of an eX1Qt1nR res1dence. WIIEREAS, the Plann1ng CommiSS1on f1ndings are as follows 1. All m1nimum code requirements are met. 2. The addit10n 1S arch1tecturally compat1ble w1th the design of the eX1st1ng bU11d1ng. NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1nR Comm1ssion of the C1ty of ~eal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-8-7l. ADOPTED AND APPROVED th1s 3rd day of ~mrch. 1971.
