RESOLUTION NO. 519 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMI~SION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-6-7l TO PERMIT THE EXTENSION OF A LIVING ROOM OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. (JOHNSON) WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Rev1ew App11cat1oo No. PR-6-7l, the PlanninR Commiss1oo of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows' 1. SubJect case was in1t1ated by Ken L1ndgren, 151 W. Forhan St., Long Beach, the authorized agent representing Edward Johnson, 1704 Harbor Way, Seal Beach. 2. Subject property is descr1bed as Lot 286, Tract 2590, and is more commonly known as 1704 Harbor Way. 3. Subject requeqt is to permit a f1ve (5) foot extension of a l1v1ng room of a single family res1dence. mIEREAS, the Plann1ng Commission find1nrs are as follows' 1. All required setbacks are ma1ntainpd. 2. The addit100 is arch1tecturally compatible w1th the design of the residence, and identical wall materials will be used in the remodeling. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1nR Commiss1oo of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-6-7l subJect to the condition l1sted in F1nd1nRs No.3. ADOPTED AND APPROVED th1s 3rd day of February, 1971.
