THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIFW
NO. PR-l-71 FOR AN ADDITION OVER A FRONT
ENTRY GARAGE. (HOLLOWAY)
WIIEREAS, in the matter of Plan ReV1ew Applicat10n PR-1-7l, the Planning Commiss1on
of the C1ty of Seal Beach does report as follows
1. SubJect request 1nitiated by Norman L. Holloway, 4680 Dogwood Ave., Seal
Beach, with Mr. L. R. Smith act1ng as authorized agent.
2. SubJect property 1S described as Lot 155 of Tract 6172, otherwise known as
4680 Dll!lwood Ave
3. SubJect request is for a 12' x 22' living quarter addit10n over a portion of
a front entry garage.
WHEREAS, the Planning Comm1ss1on find1ngs are as follows
1. Proposed add1tion 1S arch1tecturally compat1ble with the exist1ng structure.
2. Add1t1on meets all m1nimum code requirements.
NOW, THEREFORh, BE IT RE~OLVED that the Planning Comm1~sion of the C1ty of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan ReV1ew PR-1-7l.
