A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE NO. v-46-72 TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 13 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING IN THE R-3 ZONE WITH VARIANCE FOR MORE TlIAN 10 UNITS ON A SIMPLE PARCEL. (HAYDEN-BURGESS/DONOVAN) WHEREAS ~n the matter of Variance Application No. V-46-72, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Stan Hayden, P. O. Box 408, EI Monte. 2. Sub1ect property described as Lots 28, 30, 32, 34, Block I, Bay City Tract (134 First St.) 3. Subject proposal is to construct a 13 unit apartment complex in the R-3 zone with variance for more than 10 units on a single parcel. WHEREA~, the Planning Commission findin~s are as follm~s: 1. Two people spoke in opposition to the proposal One person spoke in favor of the pro1ect The project has the required 900 square feet of lot area per m~ellin~ unit. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal does hereby approve V-46-72 with the followin~ conditions: Compliance with engineering conditions Parking area to be paved with Portland Concrete Cement Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of staff. Land use agreement limiting the units to 13, parking to remain open for vehicle parking and annual inspection. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of Septemeber I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Citv of Seal Beach which was held on llednesday, September 20, 1972, and carried by the following vote: .
