RESOLUTION NO. 684
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL
BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE NO. V-44-72 FOR A ROOM ADDITION TO
A NON CONFORMING STRUCTURE IN THE R-l ZONE, NON CONFORMING
BY REASON OF PARKING SPACES OF LESS THAN REQUIRED JUDTH. (SCHWARZ)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-44-72, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Sub1ect case initiated by Robert Schwarz, 735 Catalina Avenue, Seal
Beach
2. Subject property described as Lot 171, Tract 1817 (735 Catalina Ave.)
3. Sub1ect proposal is to construct a room addition to a non conforminp;
residence. non conforminp; by reason of parking spaces off less than
required width.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. The existinp; parking spaces appear usuable.
2. Similiar variances_.have been approved in the past.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planninp; Commiasion of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve V-44-72.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of September 1972.
