RESOWTION NO. 674 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COHMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-37-72 TO PERMIT A THREE UNIT APARTMENT WITH TANDEM PARKING IN THE R-3 ZONE. (EDDY) WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application V-37-72, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Besch does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by L1ene B. Eddy, 135 Surf Pl., Seal Beach. 2. Subject property described ss Lot 7 and 1/2 of Lot 8, Block B, Tract No.1, and is cODlDon1y known as 126 Dolphin St. 3. Subject proposal is to construct a three unit apartment with tandem psrking. . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Tandem parking hss been spproved in the past when tandem stalls were not shared by different units. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance V-37-72 with the following conditions: (1) compliance with engineering conditions, (2) landscaping plans be submitted to the satisfaction of the staff, (3) modification of stairways on ground floor to comply with Sec. 1814 of the zoning code, and (4) land use agreement be executed stipulating the maximum number of units as three, reserving parking for vehicles only, and provisions for annual inspection. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of September, 1972.
