A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING A METHOD OF
RECEIVING TESTImNY FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS AT
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, in the matter of establishing a method of receiving testimony for public
hearings at Planning Commission meetings, the Planning Commission of the City of
Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. No procedural method exists for receiving testimony at public hearings before
the Planning Commission.
2. In the interest of consistency, fairness and efficiency, a method of receiving
testimony for public hearings should be established.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are' as follows:
1. The attached exhibit "A" is proposed as the method for the Planning Commission
to receive testimony at public hearinge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve the format in Exhibit "A" as a method whereby testimony
shall be taken at Planning Commission public hearings.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of August, 1972.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, August 21, 1972, and carried by the following vote:
