A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN REVIEW PR-12-72
FOR MODIFICATIONS IN PLANS APPROVED BY
RESOLUTION NO. 656 (V-3l-72) (CURLETTE)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review PR-12-72, the Planning Commission of the
City of Seal BEach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by James Curlette, 1016 Ocean Ave., Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as Lots 7, 8, and 9, Block D, Tract No. 1009,
and commDnly known as 1016 Ocean Ave.
3. Subject proposal is to modify plans from a three story building to a two
story building and from 6 three-bedroom unita to 2 three-bedroom units.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. No additional variances are requested.
2. Proposal is to use the property less intensely.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve PR-12-72 as submitted.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 16th day of August, 1972.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, August 16, 1972, and carried by the following vote:
