RESOLUTION NO. 655 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-30-72 FOR TANDEM PARKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH A PROPOSED DUPLEX IN THE R-2 ZONE. (SMITH) WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-30-72, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by Bertren I. Smith, 444 E. 16th St., Costa Mesa, with Guy Gagnon acting as authorized representative. 2. Subject property described as Lot 27 and northwesterly 1/2 of Lot 25, Block 212, Tract No. 10, and commonly known as 227 13th St. 3. Subject proposal is to construct a duplex with tandem parking in the R-2 Zone. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. All other R-2 requirements are met except for parking conformation. 2. Tandem parking has been approved in the R-2 zone in the past. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal . Beach does hereby approve V-30-72 w1th the following conditions: 1. Engineering conditions be met. 2. Landscaping plans be submitted for approval by the staff. 3. Land Use Agreement be executed limiting the number of units to two (2), maintaining parking spaces for use by vehicles only, and providing for right to enter upon and inspect the premises annually. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of July, 1972.
