RESOLUTION NO. 638
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN
REVIEW PR-7-72 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
24 SQ. FT. SIGN ON A COMMERCIAL BUILDING
ON MAIN ST. (CAMPBELL)
WHEREAS. in the matter of Plan Review_'Application No. PR-7-72 the Planning
Commission of the City of Sesl Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Grace Campbell, 245 Main St.. Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as Lots 33 and 35, Block 108, Bay City Tract,
more commonly known as 245 Main St.
3. Subject proposal is to install a 3 ft. by 8 ft. fascia sign reading
"Red Carpet Real tors. "
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Applicant indicates the sign would not flash or rotate.
2. Sign is in keeping with other B1gning on Main St.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve PR-7-72 with the condition that the sign size be limited
to 24 sq. ft. and the sign not flash or rotate.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of May. 1972.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday. May 17. 1972, and carried by the follOWing vote:
