RESOLUTION NO. to 1v 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH DENYING VARIANCE APPLICATION NO.V-17-72,
TO PERMIT A ROOM ADDITION WITH LOT COVERAGE OF 44%.
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-15-72, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Robert P. Dalton, 633 Island
View, Seal Beach, CA.
2. Subject property described as Lot 196, Tract 2590,
commonly known as 633 Island View.
3. Subject proposal is to permit a room addition in an
Rl Zone with lot coverage of 44%.
WHEREAS, the Plann1ng Commission findings are as follows:
1. Maximum lot coverage in this district and zone is 40%.
2. Three persons spoke in favor of the proposal, no one
spoke against it.
3. No physical hardships could be demonstrated due to
shape, size, topography or location of subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plann1ng Commission of the City
Beach does hereby deny Variance Applicat10n No. V-15-72.
