RESOLUTION NO. 623
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COIfHISSION OF TIlE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION NO. PR-5-72,
TO PERMIT A TEMPORARY FACIA SIGN ON TOP OF A TEMPO-
RARY TRAILER.
WHEREAS, Ln the matter of Plan Review Application No. PR-5-72, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case Lnitiated by Nina Bennis, 1400 Pacific Coast Highway, Seal Beach,
CA., with Home Federal Savings & Loan Association, the authorized agent.
2. Subject property described as Lots 25, 27, 29, 31, 33 & 35, Block 213, Tract 10,
commonly known as 1350 Pacific Coaat Highway, Seal Beach, CA.
3. Subject proposal is to mount a temporary facia sign on top of a temporary
trailer serving as a Savings & Loan Association Building.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. The present sLgn is partially obstructed.
2. The permanent building will not have a facia sign.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve PR-5-72 with the condition that the sign be removed
upon occupancy of the permanent building.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April, 1972.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted at a regular
meeting of the PlannLng Commission of the City of Seal Beach which was held on
Wednesday, April 5, 1972, and carried by the following vote:
