RESOLUTION NO. 621

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PR-3-72 FOR ALTERING AN
EXISTING STRUCTURE AT 239 SEAL BEACH BOULEVARD (GROSSGOLD)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Review Applicat10n PR-3-72, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Richard Grossgold, 239 Seal Beach Blvd., Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as portions of Lots 39, 41, 43, 45, 47 & 49,
Block 218, Tract 10, commonly knOlm as 239 Seal Beach Blvd., Seal Beach, CA.
3. Subject proposal 1S to remodel on existing building in a C-l Zone to make
two offices in the structure.
WlIEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. The applicant owns an adjoining parcel of land 60 feet from the subject
property where some of the required parkin~ could be provided.
2. Parcel is bi-sected by the PE right-of-way.
NOI~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plannin~ Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve PR-3-72 as presented.
. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April, 1972.
