SubJect case initiated b;y Parker H. Stortz. 2020 Windover Rd., Pasadena, CA 2. SubJect propert;y is described as Lot l8,and the Southl;y 1/2 ot Lot 20, Block 11, Bq Cit;y Tract. /IS /1 d St. 3. SubJect proposal is to construct a 3 unit apartment with tandem parking. WHEREAS, the Plannillg CClIIIIIIiBsion tindings are as ~ollows: 1. All minimum requirements ot the zoning code have been met with the exception ot parking. 2. Four parking spaces in tandem and one single space would meet required number o~ spaces. . 3. Similar variances have been granted. 4. Recreation roCllll shown on plans meets all requir_ents as an additional unit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning CCllllllisBion ot the Cit;y o:f Seal Beach does hereby approve Variance V-29-1l subJect to the tollowing conditions: 1. Deletion ot bathing tacilities ~ClIII recreation roCIII. 2. CaIIIpliance with engineering conditions (exhibit A). 3. Execution of a Land Use Agreement limiting the number of units to three, providing tor annual inspection, and tandem parking spaces be reserved tor the parking ot vehicles 0Dl;y.
