(STANDARD OIL CO.) WHEREAS, in the III&tter o~ Conditional Use Pe1'IIIit No. CP-1-72, the Planning CCllllllission ~ the Ci t;y ot Seal Beach does report as to11ows: 1. SUbJect case initiated b;y Minnie M. Ford, 9516 Oak St., Bellf'a.ower, CA, with Standard Oil CclIIIPllZl7 ~ California. 444 W. Ocean Blvd.. Long Beach, CA, the authorized agent. 2. SUbJect property described as Lots 42. 44. 46. 48, 50 and 52 in Block 209, Bq View Tract, and C""llllt"'l;y known as 350 Main Street. 3. SUbJect proposal is to reconstruct a non-cODtol'llling service station in the C-l and C-2 Zones on a substandllrd parcel and install two ~ee standing identif'ication Bigns, and one less parking space than required. lfJIEREAS, the Planning CCllllllission tidings are as tollovs: 1. Parking spaces will be provided on Lot 28, Block 209, Bq View Tract. which is within 150 teet ot the station site. Applicant has a ten ;year lease ot this propert;y with 5 SDd 6 year options. 4. Total sign area, inCluding the two identi~ication signs, would not exceed the a,llowable 200 sq. ft. 5.
