RESOLUTION NO. 800
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CO~SSION OF TIlE CITY
OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING A ONE YF.AR TIME EXTENSION ON
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CP-4-72, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF
'ADDITIONAL PARKING FACILITIES FOR A FINANCIAL INSTI-
TUTION. (Home Federal Saving & Loan)
WHEREAS, in the matter of time extension on Conditional Use Permit CP-4-72,
the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report ss follows:
1. On December 1, 1972. Planning Commission approved CP-4-72, for
construction of a parking lot in the R-2 zone.
2. Applicants, Home Federal Savings & Loan, have not constructed the
lot within the one year time limit for beginning construction on
Conditional Use Permits.
3. Applicant wishes to construct the parking lot in the coming year.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. No code changes would prohibit construction of the parking lot.
2. Parking facilities would be an asset in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve time extension for CP-4-72 for one year.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of December, 1973.
