RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING AND RECOMMENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL AMEND SEC. 1801 AND 1803, LOT AREA PER DWELLING UNIT REQUIR~NTS AND MINIMIlM LOT SIZE. OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE. WlIEREAS. in the matter of amending Sec. 1801 and 1803, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Besch does report as follows: 1. The purpose of the amendment is to revise the zoning ordinance regarding lot area per dwelling unit and minimum lot size to be compatible with the Land Use Element adopted on October 29. 1973, by the City Council. 2. The attached ordinance reflects the changes needed to bring the zoning ordinance into cOlllpliance with the Land Use Element. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. The attached ordinance provisions were considered at an advertised public hearing before the Planning Commission. 2. No objections were made during the public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED tbat the Planning CODDDission of the City of Seal Besch does hereby approve and recODDDend that the City Council amend Sec. 1801 and 1803, Lot area per Dwelling Unit Requirements and Minimum Lot Size, as shown in Exhibit "A" attached.
