RESOLUTION NO. 790
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SEAL BEACH DENYING VARIANCE V-35-73
TO PERMIT AN EXISTING FEUCE IN EXCESS OF
~IAXIMIlM PERMITTED HEIGHT TO REMAIN IN REQUIRED
FRONT YARD. (OTTERLINE)
WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-35-73, the Planning Commission
of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject csse initiated by Laurence Otterline, 600 Bayside Dr., Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as Lot 283. Tract 2590, and cODDDOnly known as
600 Bayside Drive.
3. Subject proposal is to permit an existing fence to remain in the required
front yard setback which exceeds the maximum height.
WlIEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows:
1. Fence is l2~ feet from front property line and six feet in height.
2. Fence was constructed without permits or approvals.
3. No physical hardship exists to require the fence to be located in the
front yard setback.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning CoDDDission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby deny Variance V-35-73.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of November, 1973.
