RESOLUTION NO. 788 A RESOLUTION OF TIlE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING VARIANCE V-33-73 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DUPLEX IN THE R-3 ZONE WITH TANDEM PARKING. (ERICKSEN) WHEREAS, in the matter of Variance Application No. V-33-73, the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows: 1. Subject case initiated by H. A. Ericksen, 127 6th St., Seal Beach. 2. Subject property described as Lot 3, Block 11, Bay City Tract, and cODDDonly known as 1105 Ocean. 3. Subject proposal is to construct a duplex with tandem parking. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission findings are as follows: 1. Proposal meets density requirements of new Land Use Element. 2. Applicant will landscape area between buildings. 3. Tandem parking has been approved when other code requirements bave been met. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tbat the Planning Commission of the City of Seal Beach does hereby approve Vsriance V-33-73 subject the conditions: (1) execution of land use agreement limiting number of unit to two, holding parking open for vehicles, and annual inspection, (2) landscaping plans to satisfaction of staff.
