A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMKISSION OF
THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH APPROVING PLAN .REVIEW
PR-ll-73 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF FOUR FASCIA
SIGNS ON A GOODYEAR TIRE CENTER IN THE
ROSSMOOR BUSINESS CENTER.
WHEREAS, in the matter of Plan Revi_ Application No. PR-1l-73, the Planning
Commission of the City of Seal Beach does report as follows:
1. Subject case initiated by Goodyear. 12239 Sial Beach Blvd., Seal Beach.
2. Subject property described as 12239 Seal Beach Blvd. Legal description
on file.
3. Subject proposal is to install four fascia signs reading "Auto Service."
"Goodyear," "Appliances," and "Goodyear" on a tire service center in the
Rossmoor Business Center.
WHEREAS, the Planning CoDDDission findings are as follows:
1. Total sign area would be 247;t sq. ft.
2. Applicant indic:stes tbat the signs would not flash or rotate or appear to
flash or rotate.
NOW, TIIEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Seal
Beach does hereby approve Plan Review PR-11-73 subject to the condition that the
signs not flash or rotate.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of Sept_ber, 1973.
